Beatitudes

Blessed<!––> are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall posses the land
Blessed<!––> are they who mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed<!––> are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.
Blessed<!––> are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed<!––> are the clean of heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed<!––> are they that suffer persecution for justice’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed<!––> are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Beatitude values

putting trust in God not things.
humility in all we do; non violence
patient suffering and enduring hardships reap their rewards.
loving god with ones whole heart, whole mind and whole soul.
mercy and forgivness
being willing to suffer for the right thing even if abused virbally or physically; accepting the consequence of living a good life.
peacemaking; loving those that are hard to love.
getting involved helping the downtrodden; working for the equality of people.

Beatitudes today

blessed are you in your poverty you are not shut in the false world of convention, riches and human security
blessed are you because you are gentle; you refuse violence and aggression.
blessed are you because you hunger and thirst for justice and peace
blessed are you because you are merciful; you attach your heart to misery; you will recieve mercy
blessed are you because you have allowed your own concience to develop
blessed are you because at all times and at every moment you want to be an instument of peace
blessed is you because your heart is pure;you do not accept compromise<!––>
